How do I subscribe to a plan?

Visit the plans and pricing page. Plans are available in US Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds.

Lite and Pro plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers purchasing their first ever Majestic Plan. To cancel your plan and qualify for a refund please contact support within 7 days of the start date of your plan.

How do I view my current subscriptions?

The "My Subscriptions" page lists currently active and recently cancelled subscriptions in greater detail.

What are the differences between the plans?

Majestic offer three tiers of plans for users:

  • Lite - For audit and prospecting of a small group of sites. Check Fresh Index backlinks several times a day.
  • Pro - For agencies, domain traders, and SEO consultants. Query Fresh and Historic Index at higher volume. Access a wider range of reports, and extract more data.

    In addition to everything you get with the LITE plan, you also get:

    • Historic Index
    • Comparison Suite
    • Experimental Tools

    Existing PRO users that require more power can upgrade to the PRO L and PRO XL plans.

  • API* - For agencies who need maximum power, and for developers who want to grab data directly from Majestic.

    In addition to everything you get with the PRO plan, you also get:

    • API Access

* For users that require more resources than the API plan we offer "API L" and "API XL" plans as options.

Change Plan

How can I upgrade my subscription plan?

Visit our Change Plan page to upgrade to an available plan that better suits your needs. For all upgrades, you will receive your higher plan allowances immediately.

I require additional resources and power, what can you offer me?

You can upgrade your account at any time. When you complete your upgrade, you will get immediate access to your new account limits. You can upgrade easily on your Change Plan page.

Are there any web plan options more powerful than Pro?

If you require more resources for analysis purposes or more Analysis Units but do not need API access, we offer PRO L and PRO XL plans as options for existing PRO subscribers.

The above increased limits make it far easier to analyse larger domains in Site Explorer and view more data online without the need to export the data into a spreadsheet.

When is my first new payment?

If you choose Renewal Date as the start point of your plan alteration, your change and first payment will take place on your next renewal date.

In many instances, you will be able to change your plan today. Your first payment will go through immediately, and your next one will be due on the anniversary of today's date

Do I receive credit for upgrading my old plan?

Yes! If you are changing from a LITE or PRO plan to a higher powered plan, you will receive a credit for unused days before your next payment.

If you are upgrading from one of our API plans, you will receive a credit that reflects either the number of days left on account, or your remaining API units.

When will my allowances refresh?

If you choose to move to a new plan today, you will have new allowances immediately.

Please keep in mind that any unused allowances are not carried over to your new account.

Can I change my mind?

If you choose to change at your Renewal Date, you can change your mind and cancel your request at any point before your new plan starts. Just go back to the "My Subscriptions" page and press the "Delete request to change subscription" button.

If you change plan today and later change your mind, you can schedule to go back to your original plan at your next renewal date.

Can I change my currency when I change plan?

We do not support changing currency online. If you would like to talk with us about changing your existing payment currency, our support team will be delighted to assist.

I just bought the wrong plan, can I upgrade right now?

Of course. We'll even credit you the full price of the plan you've just bought.

Can I upgrade an account I have cancelled?

Yes. You can upgrade at any point before your existing subscription ends and start your new plan immediately.

Cancel Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

For paypal users - log into your paypal account and cancel the subscription plan. You can find details of how to do this on our paypal subscription cancellation page

For users paying by credit card - Monthly plans can be cancelled by visiting the "My Subscriptions" page, and selecting the "Cancel Future Billings" option next to the relevant subscription.

What happens to my Reports if I cancel my Subscription?

The hosting and provision of access to reports generated is a service included in the subscription plan. Once the final allowance period on a subscription plan expires, any reports generated during the subscription will be locked, and after a period these reports will be removed and purged from our servers. It is therefore critical that you should download all reports before the expiration of any subscription you may have.

We support payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal for our recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.

How do I change my Credit Card details?

To change your card details, please select your subscription here and choose the 'Change Card Details' link.

Can I have a PDF invoice for my subscription payment?

PDF invoices are available when logged on to your Majestic account at the invoices page.
